Exact-cost and matching terms

• Rent as advertised: The headline rent stated by the advertiser for the term.
• Whole-stay cost: All non-refundable rent, recurring bills, and one-off fees over your stay.
• Refundable deposit: Security deposit held against damage and returned at the end of the tenancy; never mixed into non-refundable stay cost.
• To pay before move-in: Total cash required before receiving the keys (first rent milestone + upfront fees + refundable deposit).

Regional registration terms

• Ejari / Tawtheeq: Official tenancy registration systems in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Ejar / REGA FAL: Saudi Arabia's national rental network and real estate brokerage licence.
• Baladiya: Municipal lease attestation in Qatar.
