Each country pack configures the local currency, statutory fee templates, permit references, and deposit caps across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and England.
Regional fee and permit highlights
- UAE: Dubai DLD permit and QR, DEWA deposit (2,000), 5% housing fee, Tawtheeq in Abu Dhabi.
- Saudi Arabia: REGA FAL licence, Ejar registration, brokerage cap of 2.5%.
- United Kingdom (England): Tenant Fees Act permitted payments, 5-week tenancy deposit cap, 1-week holding deposit cap.
- Qatar and Egypt: Baladiya attestation and Kahramaa in Qatar; ownership deed and compound maintenance disclosure in Egypt.
