Every listing shows five distinct figures for your dates: rent as advertised, recurring monthly bills, total non-refundable cost over your stay, refundable security deposit, and cash to pay before move-in.

Worked 3-month example

For a 3-month stay with monthly rent of 5,200, monthly bills of 400, one-off fees of 550, and a refundable deposit of 2,000, the whole-stay non-refundable total is 17,350 (monthly average 5,783.33) and the cash to pay before move-in is 8,150.
